Ok...Seriously, this has got to be one of our best ideas ever!
Bit of a story, There was a thing called a 'black-light dance' at my school that night, (Where basically they turn off all the lights, and turn on some special lights that cause colors like white and neon to glow bright!) anyways, we were poking around in hobby shops and such, looking for special paint to make me glow (Worked really well on the shirt, not so much on my skin XP) and happened to find...Well, the Hat! Ma mere suggested we get one Mudkip size, and bada bing bada boom, We get this!
It's even cuter, because I have a very simmilar hat, Utack-size. We match ^-^
